You do not yet have access to the Members Area.
Access is granted only after you complete all requirements and successfully verify your CHASE e-Badge on your organisation’s website.
What you need to do
1) Create your account (completed when you registered).
2) Agree with the Code of Conduct.
3) Sign the Code of Conduct.
4) Complete the e-badge validation questions.
5) Receive your e-Badge (issued automatically once steps 1–3 are completed).
6) Embed the e-Badge on your organisation’s website.
7) Save the exact page URL where the badge is displayed.
8) Run verification to confirm the badge is visible on your website.
Once verification succeeds, Members Area access will be enabled automatically.

- Complete the e-badge validation questions
After that, your e-Badge will be issued automatically.
Your e-Badge has been issued, but your website has not been verified yet
To verify your badge:
Copy the embed code from your E-Badge Dashboard
Paste it into your website page where you want the badge to appear
Save the full page URL in the dashboard (example:
https://yourwebsite.com/about/)Click Verify Badge on My Website
Your badge is expired
Your organisation may still appear in the public members directory, but Members Area access requires an active and verified badge.
If you believe your badge should be active, please contact support.
Your badge is revoked
Members Area access is not available when a badge is revoked.
If you believe this is a mistake, please contact support.
